Scheduling & Appointment Policies
To provide timely service to all clients, please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may be required to reschedule.
Blended AHA Courses: CPR, BLS, and First Aid blended-learning skills sessions should be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Required American Heart Association online coursework must be completed before the scheduled in-person skills session. Proof of completion is required to participate.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
