Welcome to Crucial Pointe Training & Medical Services. By booking a class, registering for a service, or accessing this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Crucial Pointe Training & Medical Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers CPR/BLS classes, health-related certifications, background checks, drug testing, and other training and medical services. By using our website, scheduling a service, or attending a class, you agree to these Terms.

2. BOOKING & PAYMENTS

  • All classes and appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Due to limited seating and scheduled time blocks, no spots will be held without payment.

  • Each booking secures a reserved seat in a scheduled class or appointment time.

3. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • All bookings are non-refundable.

  • By securing your spot, you are reserving a limited seat in a scheduled class or time slot.

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling and will require a new booking.

4. RESCHEDULING POLICy

  • Each booking includes one (1) complimentary reschedule.

  • Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled class or appointment.

  • After one reschedule has been used, any additional changes will require a new booking.

5. LATE & NO-SHOW POLICY

  • A 10-minute grace period is provided for all classes.

  • Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be permitted to join and will need to reschedule.

  • Failure to attend your scheduled class or appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will require a new booking.

  • Same-day cancellations are not eligible for rescheduling.

6. CERTIFICATION & COURSE COMPLETION

  • Certification is not guaranteed.

  • Participants must attend the full course and successfully complete all required skills and knowledge assessments.

  • Certifications will be issued electronically upon successful completion and can be verified through the issuing organization.

  • We are an authorized American Heart Association (AHA) Training Site/Instructor.

7. BLENDED LEARNING / RENEWAL POLICY

  • For CPR Renewal & Skills Sessions, completion of the required online course is mandatory prior to your appointment.

  • Participants must present proof of completion at the time of arrival.

  • If the online portion has not been completed, the skills session cannot be performed.

  • A one-time reschedule will be allowed. Additional missed or incomplete appointments will require a new booking.

8. STUDENT CONDUCT

  • We expect professionalism and respect in all learning environments.

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from class without refund.

9. MEDICAL TESTING & PRIVACY

  • All drug testing, background checks, and health screenings are handled with strict confidentiality.

  • We follow HIPAA guidelines and all personal health information is protected.

  • By booking a test or screening, you consent to our collection, processing, and reporting procedures.

10. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

  • Our classes and services are educational and instructional in nature.

  • CPR and First Aid training involves physical activity, including kneeling, bending, and performing chest compressions.

  • By attending, you agree to participate at your own risk and to inform us of any medical conditions or physical limitations prior to participation.

  • We are not liable for injuries or health complications that may occur during or after training.

11. EMPLOYER & ONBOARDING SERVICES

Crucial Pointe may provide employer-based services including drug testing, background checks, and onboarding support.Results and reports are dependent on third-party providers and laboratories; turnaround times are not guaranteed.Crucial Pointe is not responsible for delays, errors, or decisions made based on third-party results.Employers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their own hiring policies and regulations. Additional service agreements may be required for business-to-business partnerships.

12. AGE REQUIREMENT

  • Participants must be at least 16 years old to attend independently.

  • Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

13. MEDIA CONSENT

  • Photos and videos may be taken during training sessions for promotional purposes.

  • If you prefer not to be included, please notify the instructor prior to the start of class.

14. CLASS MINIMUM POLICY

  • Crucial Pointe reserves the right to reschedule classes due to low enrollment.

  • In this case, participants will be notified in advance and given the option to reschedule.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content, training materials, and branding are the property of Crucial Pointe and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
